DJC Property Management is an established Property Management Company. We specialise in all types of property management, one of these being residential block management.
The directors founded DJC Property Management after they invested heavily into the property industry. After building up a large portfolio in the North and South East of England, managing their own properties gave them a wealth of experience in the property industry. This success then lead to the company being approached to take on large portfolios for individuals, leaseholders and developers.
We have wealth of experience in all aspects of managing properties and believe that communication and organisation is the key to a successful managing agent. Our success is built on strong communication with leaseholders, clients and contractors.
As a company known for its quality of communication and organisation we will assure that your block will be managed in compliance with all the current legislations, terms of leases and good business practice. We can manage all types of property; no block is too big or too small for us to manage.
All enquires will be dealt with promptly if your enquiry cannot be dealt with immediately your message left with our receptionists will be dealt within our two-hour response time.
All ongoing communal maintenance works are monitored and reported to the office on a daily basis, this enables us to keep on top of all works at each block and to supply an efficient and reliable service to our customers. We have a high reputation for our quality efficient service, we are known for being very reliable and not to let anyone down, we treat all properties as our own.
We comply with the RICS Residential Management codes of practice and we are an ARMA member. (The RICS Residential Management code is the code which is considered by the courts as evidence of good management of practice). We are also a member and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998.
DJC Property Management works along side with several professions in relation to good business practice. We have an in-house chartered accountant and skilled accounts team ensuring that all client’s money is properly and regularly accounted for and therefore audited in preparation of the client’s year-end accounts, which will be carried out by an outside chartered accountant.
We have a legal team on board who handle all legal requirements and changes in relation to block management.
We also work along side our sourced and highly skilled contractors who do regular work for us. A strong working relationship has been formed with the contractors, which is a huge benefit to the service we provide, as we trust the level of workman ship we are being provided. Only approved Contractors are used that ensures all repairs are completed efficiently and competitively.
